Conserving Collections for the East of England

The perennial and challenging question of addressing conservation needs together with storage, display and audience needs is tackled in this report commissioned by MLA East of England and the East of England Museum Hub.  The report delivers a challenge to all those responsible for caring for collections and engaging with audiences.  It suggests natural fits in the programme of key strategic partners throughout the East of England region.  There are partners to forge or develop and ideas and best practice to embrace.

The report maps the human, material and financial resources available to conserve the regions collections, and links with the regional collections strategy.
